I am very excited to say that I will be holding a scheduled Meditation day or days depending on if you would like to do it more often it will be held in my home.  You don't have to know how to meditate to join our group we except all wiether your experenced or not in meditation.  Here we will be doing a meditation group were all can come and Meditate for an hour or so we will also have a discussion time after the meditation and have tea and coffee and snacks I will let you know of when.  Please let me know if you are interested.  Just leave me a note in my email box.

I will be taking a course in Reiki level 1 and 2 and working my way up to Masters...Can't wait it will be an exciting journey for me and look forward in putting it into practice...

I have now completed Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 and will be going to the advanced on March 17/18 07 and really looking forward to taking this great course.....
